"I am heading home on a cross country road trip and stopped at a hotel here in San Antonio in order to break up the drive a little bit. Sometime in the middle of the night My truck was broken into and the thieves were trying to steal it by messing with the ignition. Enrique answered his phone very quickly and we communicated about the concerns I had for what was wrong with the vehicle and what services he offered. He was very open and upfront on his pricing and his services and the potential‘s for things to be of more of a problem if the thieves messed with anything else. He knew what my ignition looked like without even having a picture! You can tell he has been doing this for a long time and knows exactly how to fix it. I called one of the other local lock smiths and he came out, tried to just throw parts at it without recognizing the problem Enrique did, and then told me he was going to charge me more just for a 100$ part than enriique or I could even believe! On top of that the other guy sat in my truck and lied to his boss about where he was and then walked away saying good luck. Enrique honestly made me feel like he was my uncle or father, helping me fix what some no good jerk did to my prized truck. If I ever am back in town and need anything locksmith related done I know exactly where to go. Overall Enrique was quick efficient kind and attentive to the concerns I had regarding the leftovers of someone trying to break in and steal my vehicle."

"Enrique is professional, friendly, thorough and quick! I highly recommend him! After calling around, for quotes to fix and replace our broken key entry lock, I found that his prices were competitive and transparent! I chose him over other people in the same price range because he was polite and friendly; and he gave me flat rate that I could trust. I loved that he asked enough questions to give me a quote over the phone and when he arrived, he even explained the issue, how he fixed it and offered to do a few minor tweaks to my doors to help them open and close better! He honored the price he quoted. There were no surprises and he left my lock and doors in better shape than even before! He even explained the pros and cons of different key entry knobs/locks for any future changes for my other doors. "

"The most reliable locksmith in the city. I really appreciated their sense of urgency. They came out right away and their pricing was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need a locksmith again. But, in the event that I do, I'm definitely calling these guys."
