"Enrique is the best!! He was referred to me by a friend and I'm so glad he was. Yesterday we had a horrible experience with another locksmith who could not make a key for my Toyota Solara and also told us the ignition had been tampered with. He wanted almost $600 for this job. We refused and then called Express. What a blessing to watch him in action. He made my key, programed the computer and it didn't need an ignition.
